DAY 1 - ARRIVE AT KUALA LUMPUR
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be greeted by a friendly local representative, and taken to your first hotel. You will have a chance to relax and enjoy the hotel’s surroundings in preparation for the week ahead. Free and easy thereafter
DAY 2 - TOUR OF KUALA LUMPUR
After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you’ll be taken on a tour of the “Garden City of Lights.” You’ll get a chance to see both the old and the new city, the glitering skyscrapers and the old colonial buildings.
City Tour highlights will include Petronas Twin Towers (KLCC), the new King’s Palace, the National Monument and Cenotaph, Independence Square, The Lake Gardens (Taman Tasik Perdana), the National Mosque, back to Independence Square to see the tallest flagpole in the world, the old Railway Station (the Sultan Abdul Samad Building) and the Royal Selangor Clubhouse. Exploring these parts of this beautiful city will give you a real flavour of the culture.
DAY 3 - KUALA LUMPUR - CAMERON HIGHLANDS
After breakfast head to Cameron Highland, a journey which will take 4 hours. Cameron Highlands is located at 1542m, above sea level.It is a scenic area with blissfully cool climate and is renowned for its tea plantations and strawberries.
As you head further towards the delightful landscape of the Cameron Highlands, you’ll visit a basket weaving cottage industry, the striking Lata Iskandar Waterfalls and a native settlement. Once you hit the Cameron Highlands, you’ll be spellbound by the stunning natural scenery and crisp clear air quality. You’ll explore a tea plantation, a tea factory, a marketplace and butterfly farm.
DAY 4 - CAMERON HIGHLANDS - MT. BRINCHANG TOUR
You’ll be taking a 4-wheel drive up to Gunung or Mount Brinchang which is the most accessible peak of the Cameron Highlands. After taking a moment to enjoy the exquisite panoramic mountain views, you’ll walk through the verdant depths of the Mossy rainforests. Back into the jeep to the most stunning tea plantation, the Sungei Palas Boh estate. It is the best known and largest plantation in the area. You’ll be given a brief tour, before a refreshing tea break offering the freshly brewed tea. You’ll visit some farm land where flowers and vegetables are produced before continuing onwards to a small market which supplies local produce.
DAY 5 - CAMERON HIGHLANDS TO TAMAN NEGARA
After breakfast, travel through Bertam valley which is a tradisonal vegetable village and onwards to Raub one of the oldest town in the state of Pahang then to Benta and arrive at Jerantut. Stop by to fill in the park entrance permit, collect travel voucher and lunch.
Shuttle departs to Kuala Tembeling Jetty for boat to Taman Negara. Shuttle boat to Taman Negara then dinner at floating restaurant and follow up with a video show. Free and easy thereafter.
DAY 6 - TAMAN NEGARA TOUR
After breakfast, Activites which are available at Taman Negara are: ,River rafting, Rapid Shooting, Canopy walkway (longest suspension bridge in the world), Cave exploration, visit to orang asli settlement, Night 4 x4 safari tour, Night river safari, Night Jungle Trekking and finally a cool dip at Lata Berkoh waterfall.
Lunch at the famous Floating restaurant at Kuala Tahan followed related schedule activites. Free and easy thereafter.
DAY 7 - TAMAN NEGARA TO PENANG
After breakfast, head towards to Penang through the east west highway. The journey will take about 6 hours. Check in to the hotel Penang city centre. Free and easy thereafter.
DAY 8 - PENANG TOUR
After breakfast, Penang tour. Penang known as the “Pearl of the Orient” and certainly lives up to its name. The 13.5 km Penang Bridge which connects the island to the mainland is one of the longest bridges in the world, and facilitates some beautiful views of the island. A City, Culture and Heritage tour of Georgetown is on offer upon arrival. Georgetown was named a UNESCO site in 2008. The exquisite sites include the 3rd longest reclining Buddha statue in the world and Kek Lok Si Temple (the Temple of 1000 Buddha).
You will visit Fort Cornwallis, the site where Captain Francis Light landed to start the first British colonies in Penang in 1786. You will experience the wonder of the water villages at The Clan Jetties at Weld Quay, before visiting “The Street of Harmony” Pitt Street where mosques, churches, Chinese temples and Hindu temples all co-exist harmoniously. The final stop on the tour is the Khoo Kong Si clan’s house, delight in the intricacies of architecture before spending the rest of the day at leisure. Other place of interest will be at the historical Penang Hill and the fine sandy Ferringgi Beach. The night will be spent in Penang.
DAY 9 - PENANG - TO KUALA LUMPUR (BY FLIGHT)
After breakfast, hotel transfer to Penang International airport to catch a flight to Kuala Lumpur International airport.Then proceed to catch your departing flight or extend your stay to other traveling experience in Malaysia.
